The goal is a property that photographs beautifully but also feels easy and comfortable once guests arrive.

That does not mean every choice has to feel commercial or indestructible. It means balancing appearance, comfort, maintenance and replacement cost when making selections.
Setup, Not Ongoing Property Management
We focus on getting the property designed, furnished and ready for guests.
We do not provide ongoing vacation-rental management, guest communication, cleaning coordination, booking management or day-to-day property operations. Setup ends at the handover.

What Does a Vacation Rental Setup Cost?
The total investment depends on the size of the property, how many rooms need to be furnished, the quality level of the selections and how much of the home is already complete.
A small condo and a fully furnished multi-bedroom house are very different projects, so we start by learning about the property before recommending a scope and budget.

Yes. We can work with pieces you already have and determine what should stay, what should move and what still needs to be added.
Do you manage the rental after setup?
No. We focus on the design, furnishing and setup of the property, not ongoing guest communication, bookings, cleaning or day-to-day property management.
Can you help make the property photograph better?
Yes. Layout, lighting, furnishings and styling all affect how a property photographs. We consider those details throughout the design process.
